Our laboratory uses a variety of programs for MRI analysis. Many of these have been designed to work with human brain imaging data sets. However, some work well with rat and mouse brain scans as well. To improve the workflow, we prepare UNIX bash/tcsh scripts to run on either Linux, Mac or Windows 10 Ubuntu.
The scripts are specific to our own research and are not guaranteed to work for other applications. There are also pre-requisites for these scripts to work. Please get in touch with a lab member to discuss.
